Exchanges
We only upgrade, or downgrade services if they have yet to start. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your service plan, send us an email at Support@AdvertisingWorld.Agency or contact your account executive.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value. Once the credit has been approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
